  1. When are transcripts and recommendations due for the 2024-2025 application year?
    Monday, January 6, 2025. If you submit a transcript or recommendation after the date, please email admissionsupport@bergen.org so we may retrieve the uploaded information.
  2. The transcript and recommendations system are new this year. How should I learn to use it?
    We have a video for counselors and teachers that will be a walk-through of the process for using this site.
  3. Some of the students I know applied, but I did not receive a request for transcripts/ recommendations for them. How do I proceed?
    It is possible that the student(s) entered your email addresses incorrectly. Please ask them to refer to the User Manual pages 7-8 to review the email addresses they entered for recommendations and transcripts. Once the email addresses are updated, you will receive an automated request for the transcripts and recommendations within 24 hours.
  4. I received a request for transcripts / recommendations. Where do I find my password?
    The passwords remain the same if you have used this system before. If you do not remember your password, click “Forgot Password?” and a new one will be sent to you.
  5. I am having issues with accessing the studentrecs site. Who should I contact?
    Please email admissionsupport@bergen.org for assistance. Include screenshots and as much information as possible so we can assist you.
